This report provides a snapshot Think Tank that was held in Harare as a follow up to the previous Think Thanks that were held in Kampala. It gives an overview of the next steps as far as women and leadership in post conflict settings in Africa. Isis-WICCE treats women as whole beings, in a way that would cause many to conclude that the organization appreciates the sum of the different parts of a woman because the organization itself has a soul, a heart, a brain and a uterus. There are those who want to make a difference in women's lives, but for

some reason have not understood the fact that women are not only about one issue; human rights, economic independence, sexual and reproductive health, injustices and unjust laws, patriarchy disguised as culture and religion, exclusion, or violence.
