Sharolyne Ouya is part of a collective of sexworkers which runs a bar in Rongai, a neighborhood on the outskirts of Nariobi, Kenya. Through  sexwork the women were able raise funds and open their business which is frequented by locals. Training support from the Kenya Sexworkers Alliance (KESWA) enabled the women a chance to gain the neccessary business skills to open their own establishment. KESWA was able to train sexworkers on business skills through support from the African Women's Development Fund (AWDF).
