Perserverance Sibanda and her staff at her clothing shop, Percy Fashion World, in Zimbabwe. Sibanda is a beneficiary of the Women in Leadership and Development (WILD) training program aimed at capacitating women as business leaders in Zimbabwe. Despite the setback of the Covid-19 pandemic, Sibanda took the WILD course in 2020. As a result, she was able to expand her baby clothing business and opened a shop in the city center in Bulawayo. The business and leadership program was made possible through grant funding support from the African Women's Development Fund (AWDF) .
