Helen tends to chickens at a small farm run by a collective of sexworkers in Kiambu, a neighborhood on the outskirts of Nariobi, Kenya. Through sexwork the women were able raise funds and open their farming business which supplies local shops and the market. Training support from the Kenya Sexworkers Alliance (KESWA) enabled the women a chance to gain the neccessary business skills to open their own establishment. KESWA was able to train sexworkers on business skills through support from the African Women's Development Fund (AWDF).
