"This report focused mainly on land grabbing in sub-Saharan African. In the process we also presented issues pertaining to the legality of some contracts entered into between investors and rural communities. It was expressly argued that it is imperative to equip women with the requisite skills to get them to understand and appreciate the question of land grabbing well enough so as to distinguish between the different types of land deals.
