dc.description.abstract This profile explores notions of leadership by highlighting the perspectives of six leaders (five women, one man) from diverse backgrounds. They shared with me the challenges and pleasures of being a leader In everyday conversation or instances where I am required to lead, I am able to reflect on their experiences as guidelines on the type of leader I would like to become. This experience has made me realise that as a woman and a potential leader, I do not have to compromise my sense of self. en_US
